Year 4 Sleep over

WALT:Year 4 sleepover.
What I learned I learned how to play Foxes and Hounds.
Best part of camp Fish and chips.
I enjoyed Foxes and Hounds.
If teachers could change something it would be letting us play spotlight.

Reading Strategy

WALT:Make connections with our prior knowledge

I learned how to make connections using my prior knowledge

Here is an example of my learning

In the text it says they put the seeds between wet paper towels.  My connection is they put the seeds between wet paper towels to keep it moist.

Next time I will make better connections by rereading the text.

PE

WALT: Kick a large ball

I learned how to use the inside of my foot

Next time I will use the skills that I have been learning for PE in a soccer match

WALT: Introduce ourselves in Maori

I learned that the most easy line in my mihi is Ko Nigel toku papa.

I achieved my goal because I started to learn some words and say them correctly.

Next time I will read my mihi slower.

E1 Unknown I have never seen this word before, I think it means nobody knows, Expert definition I know unknown means nobody knows.

ANZAC Narritve

 W.A.L.T:Organize our ideas into order

I learned that Writting about ANZAC is more fun then things other then that.

I achieved my goal because my Writting is in order.My best sentences are.We were a bit worried about being shot or bombed down and having a MASSIVE     and    HUGE crash land..It was a sad sad day 4 weeks later we had Bill and Bob die everyone in hawaie went to the biggest ceromony for  funarols in history of the world..Me and James did our best not to cry but it was worthless we were to sad about losing our friends that we won world war 6 and could of for world war 7 but we will  let them lie in the most peace and harmany eneyone in the world has ever made come true..Someone called Bruce(Who is in the ordeince)said that we will be fine to go and try do world war 7 with just Me (Who is Tom Riddle)and James wich got Me and James so angry that we killed him and there was tons and tons of blood and human meat all over the place but we were a but gultie about killing him.
Next time I will try & write more then 7 whole pages on a crombook.

ANZAC Week Term 2 Week 1

This week I have really enjoyed writing about ANZAC day because it felt so very real and fun.I would like to write more about war poems and stories.
